Chun’an Company (hereinafter referred to as the Company, set up in Luzhou Town, Taibei County in 1980, was primarily a small-sized enterprise with only two persons and mainly specialized in manufacturing hardware stamping used in camera. After 6-year effort of management and along with the business development, the Company purchased workshops and increased facilities in SanChong Industry Zone as well as introduced technical personnel and scientific management standards of enterprise, technique and production into the Company so as to obtain management concepts of high-quality and high-productivity. Nowadays, the Company has been a scaled and specialized manufacturer of developing and producing precise hardware stamping parts and assembly.

In 1997, because of the Company’s business expanding into the Chinese mainland, the Company planned to invest RMB 50 million yuan in purchasing land and setting up workshops in the 3rd Industry Zone, Tanzhou Town, Zhongshan City. The land is 15 mu and the workshops are characteristic of modern industry workshop. The Company bought new stamping facilities and machinery from Taiwan and the newly set-up factory holds about 150 employees of technicians and workers. The factory area has been planned to a professional one of developing and producing precise hardware stamping parts and assembly. In 2000 and 2003 separately, the factory was passed by international quality authentications of German RWUVISO9002 and RWUVISO9001:2000.
